Shipping Policy

PROCESS YOUR ORDER

We will process your order in 1 to 5 business days after receiving payments and ship the next day after processing.

 

SHIPPING TIME

As for the shipping times, due to a very high demand of our products, standard delivery times after the item has been shipped is roughly 15-30 days to the United States from our wareshouse in China. Please note that it depends on destination countries. These items are stock in our China warehouse and ship via USPS once it reaches USA.

Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable). 

SHIPPING FEE

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5 to all destinations worldwide.

 

TAX

We will not charge tax in the United States.

If you have ordered multiple items from us, it is very likely that these items will be shipped in multiple packages. Because we will try our best to reduce your costs so that you don’t have to pay high taxes for your items

 

WE GOT YOUR BACK – FROM CLICK TO DELIVERY:

Tracking number provided for all parcels: We are currently working on a system to automatically import tracking numbers into your accounts from our dispatch system.

Full refund if the product is not received: If for some reason the package got lost in transit, we ensure to refund 100% or to resend the item.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be provided to you within 1-3 business days after your order has shipped.

 

Note:

1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact our Customer Support (email: zurs3687@gmail.com) within 30 days after your order was placed.

 

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Please do not cut the shipping times too close. Postal services are not infallible. There may be unexpected delays. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will do every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
